Do Some Good Project

If you don't want death poop all over, then you can make any ledges at a 45-degree angle or higher, add little \|/ shaped things on top of your fences, and that should keep the starling away. Also, you can hunt them down. Some other ways could be to poison them, build a giant death nuke (maybe that's not a good idea) and starling proof your bird feeders by making the feeding holes too small for their big fat beaks.
